Covid 19 – Stay Safe. Be Well.

Hey there lovely people,

We’re thinking of you….

Covid-19 update:
This is an unprecedented time we are living through and quite honestly there aren’t any more words for what is going on in the world right now. We hope you and your families are all safe and well.

Aviv and I, and the kids are currently healthy and strong and as such, are still open for business! But to totally limit any possible spread of Covid-19 we have made the decision to temporarily stop gift wrapping items and instead send them out in plastic packaging. We really hate to burden our customers with plastic waste but we feel this measure is necessary. Just a reminder to try to reuse this packaging whenever possible 🙂

Important note: To limit our trips to the post office we have decided that from now on we will only post out parcels one day a week. Please be patient with us and allow an additional 3-5 days on delivery. We have also decided to continue running our huge 50% SALE for an extended period of time.

No one knows how long this whole thing will last but we are here for you and intend to help in any way we can. We will continue to provide short (but very necessary) easy to do yoga sequences at home. The kids can join in too! Of course this will continue to be free and available whenever you need it.

Let’s try to shift our attention towards the positives in this extremely sad and uncertain time.

Our Planet is speaking to us. The planet is healing.

I’m sure you’ve read about the positive environmental changes occurring, right now. Nitrogen monoxide readings are already noticeably lower in Italy and China compared with last year; only driving when absolutely essential is making a huge impact. All over the world, those in isolation are talking about cleaner, fresher air. Then there’s the beautiful stories of communities around the world displaying such beautiful acts of kindness, and social media becoming a hub of support. I felt a strong connection to everyone on my street on March 26th when all the houses applauded in unison for our NHS. And an amazing 600,000 volunteers (so far) to help the government provide for the less abled of us. We are showing, that as a nation many of us can move our work online, work from home and still be productive. Family. We are realising more and more that the one and only thing that truly matters to us and makes life worth living is the health and safety of our loved ones. All our key workers are being recognised world wide as the heroes they are and always have been!

Maybe, just maybe, once we are through these dark days we will awaken a new civilisation. More empathic to others, flexible working, with those that truly keep this country running every day being treated and paid fairly. And, maybe, with hope, we can change the way we interact with the planet. Create less pollution, and love and respect more.

During this dark time let’s look to the light.
